Welcome to Resonance

Sic parvis magna

In the world of our dreams, people write. They write the things that they haven't yet found the words for, release the things that mean more to them than they understand. They find the courage to walk the fraying tightrope as they reach for the balance between literature and rambles.

And in their efforts is someone's solace. The incomprehensible relief that the weight of words on someone's chest is a burden shared, as Atlas crouches not alone. Your fears are mine, and my beliefs are yours, and here, they resonate.

The Founders

Vintage aesthetic of books and writing

Vedika Sengupta

Vedika, despite her complete insistence against labels, is a writer. On a normal day, one might find her singing in the shower, bingeing Pride and Prejudice, or overly analysing pieces of art that have no business being analysed. To her, writing is easier than breathing (a line that will probably end up on her tombstone). If she could wish for anything, it would be a guide to being a Highschooler, because she is certain she's doing it wrong.

Aarushi Vora

Who knows what you'd find if you looked into her thoughts? Maybe novel ideas scattered within its depths or lyrics that speak to her. Frank Ocean's 'blonde' and Lana Del Rey's 'born to die' it seems, will never release their grip on her soul. If she could wish for anything, it'd probably be free travel around the world, destinations and dreams that only her imagination could conjure.

And here's a secret:

The two have never actually met. Located across cities, they decided to trust their guts and sketchy online personas in hopes of a connection.

And so Resonance was born.
